Business executive Marianne Heiß is to strengthen the Supervisory Board of AUDI AG. A proposal to that effect is to be made to the shareholders at the company’s Annual General Meeting to be held in Ingolstadt on May 9, 2018. Ms. Heiß is to succeed to Mr. Helmut Aurenz, who has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 1993.
