after the Dynamic Coolant Update, my Coolant shows only 0

Did i have to change something in the new coolant file?

Teste some Version that i found:

0.43 = 30 Seconds Wait to Control
0.42 = 30 Seconds Wait to Control
0.40 = 30 Seconds Wait to Control
0.39 = No Version Found to Test
0.38 = Works

i updatet today to 0.43 but I noticed a little bug,
If i boot up the Pi, i can`t Control the Pi with the RNSE for about 30 Seconds. After the time, its all normal.
Coolant Temperatur are now 0 with ignition off.
So i tryed 0.39 again, works all normal.
0.43 = 30 Seconds Wait to Control

Did i need to activate some Options to Logging the can or is it activ on default?

Just for info, if my ignition is off the Water Temp in Auto Info shows -17, with ignition its okay.

I found a Bug in 0.38
Every Restart i must set “Block FIS” again.
It doesnt save the state or reset it after a Restart.

If u can Fix this, the skin works Perfect =)

0.38 works too, so the issue was the S1 Feature 🙂

One Little Problem is i hear a lot of “cantalk” Noises out of the Speakers and the Controls are very laggy
If i activate “Block FIS” then its all perfect!

i installed the whole pi new today, same Problem. No Picture.

Now i tested your NoCan-Send Skin and its works fine, no Picture issue.

But my /home/pi/rnslogs/ is empty.

Can we enable the Cansen step by step to find the wrong canmessage?

should i try 0.31 on Kodi 15 ? Maybe thats the Problem, i have only 0.30 in my Car and then updatet to Kodi 17 and 0.35,0.36,0.37

i found the Problem but i cant solve it.

So i restore my SD Card and do the Update Outside the Car connected via Cable.
All is Fine and Working on my Desktop, so i step into the Car.

Same Problem if i activate the Skin, the Videooutput stops, but no ID Problem anymore.

So i disconnect one of the Canbus Cables and Video Signal comes…[Verder lezen]

Puuuuuh thats a Problem, i cant remove the Pi so Easy. Its Build in my Cd Changer and no Chance to connect a cable so quick to it 😀
I can only Put a Wifi Dongle into the USB Ports and Connect to a Wifi Point.

But i will try it on the weekend.

Hi; if everything goes wrong I can go back to Kodi 15. I have backuped my sdcard.

No Hardware changes, just updated from Kodi 15 via ssh with sudo apt–get update and sudo apt–get Kodi

tomorrow i will test the settings in the addon.xml, but it looks like the same as in Kodi 15.
I use the Kufatech IMA Plus Converter. Kodi is Booting and in the Default Menu all looks fine. Only if i activate the RNSE skin it cuts the Signal.

I only use the update command not the upgrade command was it right?
