Your Video splitter link points to a “MMI 3G Interface”. This is won’t fit your Rns-e sadly 🙁

You’ll be needing an Rns-e interface (Also called MMI 1st Generation).
I added an image of what the interface would look like:

(They’re specific for Audi Rns, and sometimes also Volkswagen, Seat and Mercedes.)
(Image presents dual video output, this is for switching to rear view camera. You don’t need the feature if you just want Raspberry video playback.)

The grey/pink 32 pin connector connects the video and the audio signal from your interface to the Rns-e.
