Firstly, I’d like to say this is an amazing site and it has helped me with understanding the CANBUS in my own A4 B6 (Concert II radio). I don’t know whether this is shared somewhere I can’t see, but I was wondering if someone (most likely Janssuuh) could provide me with information about displaying info on the Middle FIS display. I am using an arduino UNO with mcp2515. I display vehicle speed on upper FIS lines from the phone module.
How can I activate the middle fis display? I recoded my cluster for navi and telematics and it sends me 0x6C1 A0 F and thats it. I tried to send it various data over 0x6C0 and 0x6C1, I see this post: https://www.janssuuh.nl/en/blog/2016/03/28/project-mid-fis/. But I dont quite understand what’s going on. Is there any way for me to achieve this? Thanks in advance.
